We’re pleased to announce the DNR Capital Australian Emerging Companies Fund has received “Fund Manager of the Year – Domestic Equities – Small Caps” at the 2023 Morningstar Australia Awards, held in Sydney on 23 February.
In its 23rd year, the Morningstar Australia Awards recognise and celebrate the best of the Australian fund management profession as selected by Morningstar’s manager research analysts.
The DNR Capital Australian Emerging Companies Fund1 has posted returns2 of 13.32%p.a. since its inception in August 2018, outperforming the S&P/ASX Small Ordinaries Total Return Index by 9.93%p.a.

The Fund offers investors a concentrated exposure to Australian small companies. The Fund’s investment process takes a long-term approach, identifying high quality small cap companies trading at attractive valuations. Sam Twidale and Mark Sedawie are the Portfolio Managers for the Fund, which consists of between 20 and 45 of their highest conviction ideas.
